Banana Cake

i baked banana cake tis morning. also as a cake for my dad seems is father's day haha ! is my first time to bake banana cake. i got the recipe from ahshiang.

the ingredients : 9oz of self raising flour, half teaspoon of soda bicarbonate, 4oz butter, 2eggs, 10oz caster sugar, half teaspoon salt and 5 ripe bananas =)

cream butter with sugar
then add in beaten eggs and half of mashed bananas, beat well.

stir in flour, salt .

and add in the rest of mashed bananas.
beat again !

done ~
bake for one hour

ta dahhh ~~~
ok lahh i know is a bit "chao ta" feel
a bit only mar , it still taste not bad ok ~??!!

daddy : very nice ur cake, i ate so many edy. *of coz u said nice larhh, am ur daughter mar, and i bake it especially for u, u dare say not nice meh ? =.=*
mummy : not bad, better than ur sponge cake XD
koko : wahh nice o ... *just put a piece of cake in his mouth, not even chew / bite yet, edy told me nice =.=*
ahshiang : i think not enuf bananas, put more so tat ur cake got more banana taste *emm she said something like tat, cant remember dy XD*
