Orientation Days

i attended 3 days orientation, Monday to Wednesday, 9am - 5pm . total 27 newly join staffs attended the orientation . speaker of the orientation , Mr Raymond Chong . He is a HR training manager . After the ice breaking session , he gave us a paper with questions , and asked us to walk around to ask the others, get to know them , and the one who first finish all the 25questions, will get a small prize from Mr. Raymond .

break time . the most enjoyable part for the orientation is morning break , and afternoon high tea. got delicious food . =D and i ate a lot . haha there's two chef from Chinese kitchen said to me "wahh lei hou sek tak!" xD in English means "wow u can really eat a lot "

on the first day of orientation , after introducing each other , Mr. Raymond told us a little bout the hotel , wad departments we have in the hotel . after our lunch , he brought us for a hotel field trip .

then we went to rooms . tats da view from Prince Hotel and Residence KL 29th floor . 29th is the highest floor .

Kids Club . we have Gym , Spa , guest self-service laundry , etc .

after that , went to another building . apartment building .

 Mr. Raymond briefed us bout the apartment rooms .

on the second day of the orientation , is more bout presentation , group discussion .

 after the second day orientation finished , Esther asked Petrina and I to accompany her to shop some cosmetic. so we went to Pavilion Mall and have dinner there .

 she looks like my secondary skol classmate, Mok Yan Fang . as i mentioned above , she's a trainee from Kuching UCSI . training at Prince Hotel for 6months. feel glad tat my new fren is from the same hometown wif me ! i asked her "miss home not?" , "not really , last year i went to Denmark for student exchange , for a year. and here is just KL , still in Malaysia. " she said to me .

 and i realized , among the 3 days, the food that served on the last day is most delicious !!! =D

we played games . potatoes games xD
when Mr. Raymond asked "do u think is possible to let a straw go through a potatoes ?" we all shake our head and answered "NO!" so he gave us a try . oh my ... really can ayy .
u all should try . hold the potatoes tight and properly . get a water straw . don hesitate , be confident . just 3 seconds . count to three , and put the straw to the potatoes .

lastly , we have role play . how to handle fussy guest and how to handle guest's complaints .
